Smoky Mountain Tunes & Tales 10th Season will include Lost Mill ! See the schedule below for OUR specific dates and times.

Beginning June 12, Gatlinburg will present the tenth season of Smoky Mountain Tunes & Tales in downtown daily through August 1. Tunes & Tales is a summer-long street performance event featuring costumed musical performers, storytellers and artisans portraying characters from time periods as far back as 1800.
This popular seven-week event truly highlights one of Gatlinburg’s greatest assets, the walkability of the community and provides guests with an interactive, educational and entertaining experience the whole family can enjoy.
“Gatlinburg is a walking town. Tunes & Tales enhances our visitor’s experience as they walk the Parkway in the evenings,” said Marci Claude, PR Manager. “The performers bring to life traditional Smoky Mountain heritage and culture in a fun and interactive way.”
The collection of personalities and performers arrive nightly at 6 p.m. in the center of town. Visitors witness a magical transformation of sidewalk to stage as the characters disperse along the downtown Parkway for an evening of entertainment and storytelling.
The City also hosts a Winter Magic Tunes & Tales event featuring a capella carolers on weekends between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Gatlinburg’s Smoky Mountain Tunes & Tales is an official activity of the Gatlinburg Convention and Visitors Bureau. For more information on this and other special events, call (800) 588-1817 or visit www.gatlinburg.com/events.
